Deadbro APM ("Deadbro", "the Service") is operated by Ruby Dev SRL, a company registered in Romania, with its registered office at p-ta, Victoriei/2, cladire IPH, Deva 330085, Romania.

By creating an account or using Deadbro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

Deadbro provides an application performance monitoring platform. The Service allows you to send application request data to our servers for monitoring, visualization, and debugging.

We may update or improve the Service from time to time.

4. Your Account

You must provide accurate account information, including your name, email address, and billing location.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Your Data

You control the data you send to Deadbro. You must ensure that the data you send does not include personal data, except for anonymised or pseudonymised user IDs.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our Service complies with applicable data protection laws.

• Interfere with the Service, its infrastructure, or other users

• Upload malicious or harmful code

7. Payments and Billing

Paid plans are billed as described on our pricing page.

Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice.

8. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. All data will be deleted within a reasonable period unless legal obligations require us to retain it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the Terms or pose security risks.

9. Service Availability

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ruby Dev SRL is not liable for:

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify Ruby Dev SRL against claims arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms or any law

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes will be resolved in Romanian courts.
